What is it?
CMAC invites you to take part in our Made by Me art sessions with Ms. Skylar! Each MBM will be a different craft. We provide the materials, space, and instructions - all you need to bring is your creativity! These sessions are designed to be engaging for parents and children alike.
When is it available?
Sessions are held on varying dates & times; check the events calendar or our social media for updates.
Is this a drop-off class?
No, these sessions are designed for you to attend with your little ones! It is museum policy that children be supervised by their guardian at all times.
What is the cost?
The cost to attend each session will vary with the craft- there is no fee for adults for this program.
THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE MUSEUM ADMISSION: regular admission prices are $6 per person and can be paid upon arrival if you wish to also play before/after your session.
Is registration required?
Registration is not required, however as materials are limited, registering will secure your child’s spot. Drop-ins will be permitted only as space allows.
What ages is this program geared towards?
CMAC’s Made By Me sessions are perfect for pre-school & elementary school aged children. When deciding if this is an age-appropriate activity for your family, keep in mind that participants should be able to:
Listen & follow multi-step directions
Cut with scissors
Use fine motor skills (ex: able to place thumbtacks into cardboard)
Be comfortable using a variety of materials
*Please be aware that the younger the child, the more assistance they will need from their adult.
I registered for a class but I am going to miss it - what do I do?
Unfortunately, registration costs are non-refundable.
